Our Beef Bones typically come from the legs of the cow, where the bones are large and full of delicious marrow,  but can also be from other bones that contribute flavor, collagen, and marrow.

 

Bone marrow is high in vitaimins, minerals, and collagen. These can be stood on end and roasted to make rich and silky marrow, or added to soups, stews, and stocks for a huge bump in flavor and nutrition. 

 

Our bones are sold in packages typically weighing around two pounds, but we occasionally have larger 5 pound packs available. They are partially vacuum sealed and flash frozen for optimal freshness. 

 

Important Note: Because bones are notoriously bad at piercing packaging (like all bone in cuts), these are usually not completely vacuum sealed. There will likely be some air and ice crystals in the packaging. This will not effect the eating quality and is necessary to maintain packaging integrity.
