Because Beef Knuckle Bones contain marrow, gelatin, meat, collagen, and connective tissue, they are the ultimate ingredient for the best stocks, broths, and stews. Designed to be simmered for long periods of time for maximum impact, the silky texture they'll add to whatever you put them in is unbeatable. 

 

Our Beef Knuckle Bones are individually packaged and usually weigh between two and three pounds, give or take. They are partially vacuum sealed and flash frozen for optimal freshness. 

 

Important Note: Because bones are notoriously bad at piercing packaging (like all bone in cuts), these are usually not completely vacuum sealed. There will likely be some air and ice crystals in the packaging. This will not effect the eating quality and is necessary to maintain packaging integrity.
