Beef Kidney isn't exactly popular in America, but it's considered a delicacy in many parts of the world. Lean and flavorful and high in vitamins and minerals, kidneys can be prepared as the main dish, or as part of a recipe such as kidney pie. We have a hard time keeping these in stock, partially because a cow only has two. 
 
Our Beef Kidneys are left whole and packaged one per pack. The packs weigh approximately one pound. They are vacuum sealed and flash frozen for freshness.
