If you've never tried Beef Heart, you're missing out. If you've already tried it, then you probably want some more. The biggest problem with it is that there's only one per cow.
 
Keep in mind, Beef Heart is simply another muscle. This one happens to have a similar flavor and texture to steak, but at a fraction of the cost. In fact, if we told you it was steak and served it to you, you would probably believe us. Not that we would ever do such a thing...
