Portions are calculated on a 4 oz. serving size, but the cuts are not 4 oz. All quantities are based on minimum weights. Your order will be more than the listed minimum weight of each package. 

Bulk purchase options are available for purchases over 200 lbs. 

Whole and half sides of beef are available.
